2015

Logical Logistics was started in a storage locker

2016

Logical Logistics started renting a 5,000 square foot facility in Brookfield WI for the start of pallet manufacturing

2017

Packaging Logistics was formed for all packaging solutions

2018

Logical & Packaging Logistics was branded together to fulfill supply chain needs- pallets, crates, cardboard and freight

2020

Logical & Packaging Logistics had extreme growth and started partnering in other parts of the country, to full fill packaging solutions all over the country

2023

Logical & Packaging Logistics consumed another pallet company and their assets in Milwaukee

2024

Logical Properties was formed and purchased its first facility in Menomonee Falls WI, Logical & Packaging Logistics rents from Logical Properties

2025

Logical Properties searches for more properties to grow equity

Logical & Packaging Logistics purchased a heat treat Kiln, to heat treat and dry lumber in-house
