We keep new, standard 48×40 wooden pallets in stock and can fulfill orders quickly.

When a manufacturer is looking for a new pallet supplier, especially for new pallets, they should expect clean stock, a well-organized shop, and a team that’s able to respond to their orders quickly. Our stock is kept both in our yard, and in the warehouse.
For new pallets going to companies outside of food/beverage and other SQF required manufacturers, we are able to use stock that may have experienced more moisture. These boards are readily available, less expensive, and still, hold the weight required of them. They are still new, unused boards, but have been kept outside. Due to this, the customer can expect some spots or discolorations. For those looking to quickly and inexpensively move stock, like in a distribution setting or a fulfillment center, these quality boards are perfect! They haven’t been used and still have all their initial strength.

If a manufacturer purchases a 41×37 pallet, we guarantee it will be 41×37 every time. To do this, either our Operations or Supply Chain supervisor sets up all orders before production. This includes setting up the production board with the measurements to complete each custom wooden pallet. We’ve all heard “measure twice, cut once”, and we live by it.
Our trained staff then uses the correct grade and species of wooden boards to fulfill the customer’s pallet spec. Before any stock leave our warehouse, the Supply Chain supervisor double checks the measurements and grade requirements as the truck is loaded for delivery.
For standard 48×40 pallets, we order stock in exact sizes straight from the mill. This allows our teams to quickly fulfill orders for GMA style or other common configurations of standard 48×40 wooden pallets. For more custom sizes, we keep stock on hand of high-volume wooden deck boards and stringers and use our saw tables to achieve consistently measured boards.
